Executing engineering design of building services starting with scoping and concept design. Once accepted we proceed to detail design including preparation of specifications and bills of quantity for all installations including:

  • Smoke ventilation and pressurization installations
  • Lift installations
  • Plumbing and drainage installations
  • Hot water generation installations
  • Medical gas installations
  • Fire protection installations
  • Fire detection and voice evacuation installations

  • Fire hydrants, hose reel and extinguisher installations
  • Firewater storage and pumping installations
  • Fire stopping

As part of the council approval process, we prepare ventilation plans, fire plans, XA Calculations and Form II’s for submission.

We provide a comprehensive one-stop engineering service for all mechanical and fire building services and work with the client’s project team to ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget.

Once the project is on-site, we do construction monitoring of all the designs done by us. We are fully familiar with the JBCC conditions of contract, and all aspects of the project are monitored within the framework of the JBCC agreement. Payment certificates are issued monthly, and inspections are regularly executed.

Project closeout includes inspections and defects lists for practical and final completion stages. Compliance inspections with the fire department are coordinated by us to ensure the project is completed to a level where a fire clearance certificate is issued by the local fire department.

As a registered Professional Construction Project Manager with many years of experience in JBCC contracts, we provide project construction management services and will act as the principal agent in the JBCC contract between client and contractor.
